Eligibility and account access

Access is available to Deen Card, AmarID, and Deen Institute members. You are responsible for keeping your username and private access code confidential.

Study-aid disclaimer

AllQ AI is a study aid. It does not issue fatwas and does not replace a qualified teacher or scholar. AI answers can contain mistakes and should be verified.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as shown on the pricing page. You may change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect from the next billing period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Deen Institute free access

Free access for Deen Institute members applies to verified members only and may end if membership ends.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, attack, or attempt to break the service.
• Do not share your account or access code with others.
• Do not use the service to abuse, harass, or mislead others.

Intellectual property

The AllQ AI name, logo, design, and software belong to ExpresX. Quranic text and classical sources remain in their respective traditions.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or decisions made based on AI answers.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
