Review process

Refund requests are reviewed by our team to confirm they are eligible. Once a request is approved as eligible for a refund, the refund is paid within 7 to 14 working days.

How to request

Email payment@allqai.com with your username, the email used, and the reason for your request.

Eligible examples

• Duplicate charge.
• Charged but no access.
• A technical problem we could not fix.

Not eligible

• Change of mind after substantial use.
• Violations of the Terms & Conditions.

Deen Institute members

Free access for Deen Institute members has nothing to refund.
